I am attorney Tim Flaherty. Over the years, I have defended thousands of people against criminal charges ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. While still in law school, I was a law clerk for a firm that specialized in death penalty defense cases. After graduation, I worked as a Public Defender for three years before founding this law firm.
