What Happens If My Son Is Arrested In Fort Walton Beach-Okaloosa County Florida?

by Tim Flaherty on November 30, 2011

As parents, we want the best for our kids.

We want them to grow up to be responsible, contributing members of society.

We want them to obey the law and respect others.

We know they will make mistakes. We made them too when we were young.

However, we don’t want their mistake to stay with them the rest of their life. We don’t want their mistake to affect their chances of getting into a good school, or landing a good job, or getting into the military.

And most importantly, we want our kids to be SAFE.

As the parent of 2 sons and a daughter myself, I can understand the stress you are going through. When a parent trusts me with their son’s defense, I take that responsibility VERY seriously. There is a lot at stake when a young person gets arrested. Unfortunately, one of the curses (or benefits) of being young is that a young person doesn’t always see things in a long-term view. They live for today. They are carefree and feel like they will live forever and can overcome any obstacle.
Sadly, sometimes things happen that call that into question. Sometimes mistakes get made that cannot just be overlooked or brushed past. That’s where I come in. If I am entrusted with your child’s defense, I will use all of my talent and experience to ensure that their future is protected. I can’t promise that there won’t be some punishment, but usually we can greatly reduce the long-term damage to our client’s future dreams and aspirations.

If your son has been arrested in Fort Walton Beach, CrestviewNicevilleNavarre, Milton, or anywhere in Okaloosa County or Santa Rosa County, I urge you to call me 24/7 at (850) 243-6097. I will get to work immediately to try and protect your son and help your family get back on track.
